HyperTalent is an internal HyperVerge tool, built for the Talent Acquisition team. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
HyperTalent is for HyperVerge’s internal Talent Acquisition team only. Access requires an @hyperverge.co Google account and is further gated by an internal allowlist — being on that domain isn’t enough by itself; your account must also be marked active and assigned a role (admin, manager, TA, or hiring manager) before you can sign in. HyperTalent is not offered to the public, and candidates never sign in to it directly — see the privacy policy for what that means for them.
You sign in with Google OAuth. What you can see and do depends on your assigned role: admins and managers can open any role’s pipeline; TAs and hiring managers see only the roles they’re assigned to. Candidate data reaches the system through you — by typing it in, using the LinkedIn Sourcing extension, importing a CSV from an external form, or sourcing via a connected LinkedIn account. If you connect your Google Calendar, interview events are created on your own calendar (not a shared one), with a Google Meet link and calendar invites sent to attendees; emails sent to candidates through the app go out from your own inbox, not a shared or system address.
Use HyperTalent only for legitimate HyperVerge recruiting work. Specifically, don’t:
The internal WhatsApp bot.A WhatsApp bot for HyperVerge staff delivers feedback requests, reminders, and pipeline notifications to your own WhatsApp, in the way our Slack app does. It’s opt-in, it’s for HyperVerge employees only, and you register a work number for it, not someone else’s. Anything it sends you carries candidate information and is confidential exactly like the app itself — don’t forward it on, and don’t use the bot as a channel for messaging candidates.
What the bot does with your data is covered in the privacy policy’s WhatsApp section.
Your access is tied to your @hyperverge.co Google account and your entry in the internal allowlist. If your employment or role changes, your access changes or ends accordingly. You’re responsible for anything done under your account while signed in.
Two things sometimes discussed alongside HyperTalent — a video-screening feature and a self-serve candidate portal — are not part of the live platform today. They exist only as planned work in a separate codebase. Nothing here or in the privacy policy should be read as describing them as available now.
HyperTalent is provided as-is. AI-assisted features (scorecards, fit summaries, resume parsing, role-relevance) are best-effort and advisory only — always reviewed by a person, never a final decision on their own. Sourced or scraped profile fields (via the LinkedIn extension or our LinkedIn sourcing connection) are similarly best-effort: a field can come back wrong, missing, or unlabeled, which is exactly what the confidence indicators in the review UI are for. Always verify before relying on auto-filled or AI-generated content.
We may update HyperTalent, these terms, or the privacy policy as the platform evolves. We’ll update the effective date above when we do.
This is an internal tool, not a public product — these terms sit alongside, and don’t replace, your existing HyperVerge employment agreement and company policies. If the two ever conflict, your employment agreement governs.
For what HyperTalent collects and where it goes, see the privacy policy.
